We aim to make the purchasing process easier and quicker through the use of specially trained AI negotiation software. Suppliers interact to our chatbot in order to provide requests for information. Discussions are focused on providing pricing and delivery capability.
What happens after the campaign?You have the final say. Our chatbot will not finalise any deal. We are working on futher automation of the purchasing process.
Will my suppliers want to use this?Yes. Suppliers enjoy the ease of use and speed of dealing with our AI. They can ask question and provide more details of their offerings. We have taken great care to make the supplier experience easy and enjoyable.
How do suppliers interact with this?An email invite is sent to the supplier. They can then interact with the AI chatbot to agree preliminary pricing and delivery terms.
